In contributing to the overall Club mission, we welcome all children and aim to cater for players of all abilities. We want all our players to be in an environment where they have fun and improve, so it is vital that coaches, volunteers and parents emphasise enjoyment, effort and performance as our key values. To us, these values are much more important than results. We are looking to create people with a lifelong love and attachment to hockey, who have a desire to go play or be involved in our sport well into their adult life.
Who's Who in the Junior Section
The Junior Section work hard as a team to provide high quality and enjoyable sessions for all ages and abilities. The section contains approximately 40 qualified coaching adults and a plethora of parent helpers helping with on pitch, admin and communication support. We also have 16 Youth Ambassadors (older young people) that are all trained to help deliver good quality coaching as they embark on their coaching journey.
