The time has come again to blow the dust of your running shoes and start to get fit for the coming season!!  Both the Men's and Ladies sections are now starting their pre-season fitness training.  For further details of dates and times please click the read more link.

 

Men's fitness sessions take place every Monday at 18:30.  Meet at Down Grange, next to the astro, and all players from all teams are welcome.
